Exploring the Frontiers of AI Innovation

ABSTRACT 

In Schumpeter’s innovation edifice, there are three pillars: new functionality and knowledge base, reshuffle activities pursued by entrepreneurs, and wave-like creative destruction formed by interrelationship adjusting. Against those pillars, this writing takes three snapshots of AI-enabled innovation. Based on the existing gaps, this editorial predicts the frontiers of AI-enabled innovation, which are shown as three “integrations.”
